Managing your payout settings on Instagram

Tap Payouts in the professional dashboard to view your payouts and manage settings for the payout account you set up.

You can also view and download all invoices and remittances from the past 2-3 months.

About invoices and remittances

Invoices are issued as a record of all earnings in a given month. A remittance confirms that your payment is issued and deposited to your selected payment method.

All creators will receive an invoice regardless of how much was earned, and will receive a remittance after earning at least $100 for any given monetization product ($25 for Subscriptions or badges creators in the US).

Both invoices and remittances are also sent as a PDF to the email address on record for your account.

When you will be paid

With most monetization products, you will be paid once you’ve earned at least $100.

Payments will be sent to the bank or PayPal account you linked to your payout account.

Note: If you’re a US creator earning with Subscriptions or badges, you’ll receive your payment once you’ve earned at least $25.

Meta will pay you in USD. Any conversions to your local currency will be completed by your bank or PayPal account.

Instagram payments schedule

For each monetization tool, you’ll receive:

• An invoice around the 10th of every month, which will include earnings from the previous month’s pay period.

• A payment around the 21st of every month, if you made at least $100 per product in a given month or from your cumulative months’ earnings. For example, if you make $50 in badges in April and $80 in May, you’ll be paid in June.

Depending on your bank, payments can take between 1-7 business days.

Note: If you change your account’s payout method 10 days or fewer before the date of payment, you won’t receive your earnings until the following month.
